We are a family-owned business with its inception born out of my grandparents’ real estate business. I have had the blessing of overseeing it for the past 15 years prior and now we are focusing on a new asset class.

My real estate journey began in the early 2000’s when I received my real estate license while I was finishing my bachelor's degree in business management.

I very quickly moved from residential real estate into commercial real estate.

In 2006 I had the opportunity to move to the U.S. Virgin Islands and assist my mother in my grandparents' business. They began acquiring land in the early 1960’s and although they didn’t really have a vision for their overall plan, they had enough foresight to continue acquiring real estate.

With my extensive experience in the real estate world, my skills were a natural fit for property management of my family's estate as my grandparents were finally moving into retirement.

Through the next 15 years I saw and did all things property management such as: middle of the night calls for being locked out, endless keys to endless doors, water leaks to ruptures, evictions with Marshalls, selling lots to long term tenants making them the happiest homeowners they could ever be, site redevelopment, development planning and so much more.

Since then, I moved with my little family back to Florida while maintaining the oversite of the family real estate and development business. We are now focusing on land investing and development, and I have brought my husband and children into the family business as well.

I may no longer be a real estate agent, but instead I am now a passionate real estate investor focused on helping those who need to sell land that is no longer serving them. We also love making others who dream of land ownership become a reality through our owner financing program.
